This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
The Amateur Comics Guild is happy to announce a one of the kind project for 2009.
We are looking for artists and writers who are looking to get their work seen to a larger audience or wish to use the project as the ever important Experience Needed for their portfolio when submitting their talents to the comic companies.
What we are looking for are Artists and Writers wanting to submit work and become part of the team on the AMATEUR'S COMIC.
This comic is only for people wanting to start out in the business or just looking for a platform to showcase their work be it their writing skills or illustration prowess.
If your interested then please email us and we'll send you the details.
The images you see in the gallery are from people who have joined THE GUILD for free and wish to show off their work.

In July 2005 two friends who wish to establish themselves in the comic industry
founded UNICO COMICS. They have tried to research as much as they can in all
aspects of the comic world to gain some kind of experience and knowledge of what
is needed to come up with a fresh comic from start to published. Throughout this
time they have met people who have the same dream as them but have no community to interact with when trying to get their own comics made or perhaps to find some one to just to talk to about it.
In January 2007 they set up the AMATEUR COMICS GUILD. The whole point of The Guild is to bring like minded groups together across the UK to learn from each other and provide support. The Guild is purely for amateur or semi-amateur comic book writers and artists and will provide a central hub for information on the UK comics market, Printers, Publishers, and Reviews.
The Guild will be the fist in the UK to join comic book makers who are just starting out or have been trying for some time to break into the industry If you have had some success then your experience could help new talent emerge
